Optional and in addition to the conference registration fees stated above. -Exhibitor tables are limited to a "first come, first serve basis" due to various room configurations. Your table designation will be determined upon your arrival.

Exhibitor table set-up time begins at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2024.

*If using electricity please bring your own extension cords.

NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING

To all members of the New York State Association of Cemeteries:

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the New York State Association of Cemeteries will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 8:05a.m. at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, NY.

* Please Note: If the registered member cannot attend this meeting, please fill out proxy enclosed in the registration form at the following link: CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM. Members can also call the NYSAC Office at 518-434-1134 to receive a proxy. The proxy should be completed and returned to the NYSAC Office via fax (518-427-0452), mail, or e-mail to bjb@fwc-law.com by Friday, September 1, 2023.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

- Registrations must be completed by 5pm Friday, October 18, 2024 to allow NYSAC to be able to accommodate all attendees.

- Registration will not be refunded unless NYSAC is notified 3 days prior to the conference.

*NOTE THAT PRICES LISTED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES AND RESORT FEES.
