Albany, New York – The New York State Association of Cemeteries (NYSAC) is proud to announce the release of an upgraded and revamped website, www.nysac.com. The new website will provide membership with increased benefits and streamlined interaction. Additionally it will allow membership and the general public greater access to cemetery news, invitations to NYSAC events and membership contact information.
Dan Hallenbeck, Executive Director said, “I am pleased to announce the launch of the upgraded and expanded NYSAC website. This investment and expansion of NYSAC’s website is another indicator of the growth of our Association.”
Members will no longer need to utilize a login to the member’s only section, simply input a password. The member’s only section has been updated to include the New York State Attorney General Guidance on the Not-for-Profit Revitalization Act, and additional resources. The website will continue to be updated frequently. All cemeteries in New York State and businesses within the cemetery industry have the opportunity to become members of NYSAC. A membership application is available on the website and new members will receive their password immediately along with the benefits of being a NYSAC member. The New York State Association of Cemeteries is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the furtherance of effective cemetery management and operation for better community service. It consists of approximately 520 cemeteries and crematory members throughout New York, and approximately 55 supplier members throughout the United States and Canada – all working together to provide professional services to the communities they serve.
